About 50% of my business is new Townhomes/Condos. The other 50% is re-sale--both single family & multi-family. I work with a lot of first time buyers offering them a first time buyer handbook and contact with a lender. Retirees are another large portion of my portfolio. These two groups of people usually have either not ever purchased a home or haven't purchased on in a while & I am able to guide them through the process as seemlessly as possible.
I am a "hands-on" Realtor(R). A client will be communicating with me, not an assistant. That communication might take place via the telephone, in person, e-mail, text--whatever form the client prefers.
I average about 35-50 transactions per year and handle each one with care.
