Not only do I have experience and a thorough knowledge of the residential market place but I have 10 years of experience in the sale and purchase of Mobile Home Parks for the investor.  I have helped investors purchase and sell Mobile Home Parks from as small as 100 units to over 400 units in the states of Florida, California, Arizona and Nevada.
