About Us:
I've been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and have been through the low rate craze, the higher rate craze and the middle of the road craze and I'm still not scared! I can honestly say that in my years as a loan officer that I have never worked for such a great company. Anyone can claim to have great rates and give great service. It's more than that, and each client has individual needs and circumstances and it takes creativity and dedication. No one client is treated any differently than another as each loan is just as important as the next when it comes to purchasing a new home. So not only do I have a great team and a great company behind me, I personally have the knowledge and the expertise to get the job done! I'm not your average 9-5 banker that's for sure, and my customers and realtors can always count on reaching me in the evenings and on weekends if the need arises. It's the value added things that make a difference. One of the best things about the company is that we're a direct lender, which means we don't charge those unnecessary fees, points or inflate our rates. What's even more important is that we keep the loan in-house - processing, underwriting, closing - one location which means you won't be sitting at the settlement table waiting for funds or missing a settlement date. We have many unique programs that we hand select the best to meet your needs. I didn't get to this point in my career by being ordinary..we work hard to be extraordinary instead!

No high pressure sales here..I get referrals for just this reason..I actually listen to my client's needs and put them in the right program for what they want.. If it doesn't make sense, I'm not going to push it, but rather provide options.. With only "vanilla" products out there, and everchanging guidelines, I stay proficient in VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA etc..
To me, it's not necessarily about the commission today, but also working with a customer that could be a borrower tomorrow..
