I have been successfully assisting Real Estate Brokers close transactions for 26 years. I started my career in the Valley of the sun as a night auditor and progressed my way to the position of Manager and Assistant Vice President of a major title company in the Phoenix metropolitan area. I am dedicated to providing exemplary service to my clients by demonstrating a can do attitude. I handle a multitude of types of transactions, to include residential resale and commercial. I specialize in the "creative" type transactions, such as seller carry back, wraps, short sales, etc.

In this very competitive industry it is crucial to surround your self with a team of professionals that can assist your clients in a smooth transaction. I pride myself in making the escrow process a welcome experience to all involved. I also remain active in the educational aspects of the title and escrow industry in order to provide my clientele and team with the most up to date information and services.

Dina Sell - The majority of my transactions are residential resale, with a small amount of residential refinances on a referral basis. My residential background also consists of seller carryback, lease purchase and wraparound transactions. I also handle commercial real estate transactions.

Karissa Blair- I have been in the real estate industry for 9 years. I started as a real estate assistant and office manager for a local real estate company in the phoenix metropolitan area. I then transitioned into the world of title and escrow; a career which I thoroughly enjoy. I am currently employeed at Security Title in Gilbert, Arizona in the east valley. My primary focus is residential escrow with a special emphasis on short sales and lease purchases. I believe customer service and customer satisfaction are the important attributes of a good escrow officer. At Security Title we function as a team to ensure a smooth escrow transaction.

Krystal Voight- I have been in the title and escrow industry for 5 years as an escrow assistant. I currently assist the team in all aspects of the escrow process. I specialize in helping realtors build their buisness by producing marketing materials for realtors, lenders, and Security Title employees. I take pride in my job, customer service, and providing assistance to those who need me! I continue to learn in this ever changing market, and I am excited to come up with new innovative marketing ideas.
