We have a team of 4 members including myself, 2 licensed agents and one full time administratvie assistant.

We specialize in residential real estate. I act as the listing agent, while my licensed assistants help all kinds of buyers. For 3 years we have averaged over 90 transactions, while I believe the typical agent handles 5.
The reason our numbers are so high is that we focus on the service that the buyers and sellers deserve. We also work to stay focused and guide our clients and customers through the entire real estate transaction, so they will call us the next time.
We are also coached on a monthly basis. Some of our coaches have included the Mike Ferry Organization and Corcoran Coaching and Consulting.
