I have worked on a wide variety of properties; anything from a $3,000,000 a Las Vegas Mansion to a $4,000 600SF house in Amarillo. I enjoy working the high end market and find that it suits my personality and ability well. Marketing high end real estate is much more than just information and photos, it's about making a connection between the buyer and the property by creating the right atmosphere and image. My average list price is continually going up and that makes me happy!
