About Me:
I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist who is willing to make sure you have received the best service you can.
I was the 2008 Rookie Committee Chairperson associated with SCAOR (Sussex County Association Of REALTORS) Board, part of a local networking group called "Business Synergy Group" representing the Real Estate field.
Being a US Army vet I will donate 5% of my commission to the NMFA (National Military Families Association) and I am also involved with the local American Legion Chapter.
I have worked with the local American Cancer Society, Millsboro Senior Center, CHEER & also designed several websites for local groups.
I graduated school in the early 1980's in Connecticut where I grew up before moving to Delaware. I am a US Army Gulf war veteran, & spent time in Germany during my tour overseas. Since then I returned to Delaware, worked for the US Government, ran/owned several different small business's, and have worked in the computer technical support field so I am no stranger to customer service & providing the best bang for the buck.
Having spent 20 odd years in Delaware has shown me many things, from the days when Rehoboth used to shut down after October to how it rocks year round now. From having a small town feel to not being far from the "big city".

I specialize in the wants and needs of senior citizens, helping them find a home to suit their needs, a welcoming community and financing so they can enjoy their "golden years". I also help military members and veterans find housing to suit their needs. I cover all of Sussex County Delaware specializing in Central (Georgetown/Millsboro) & Western Sussex (Bridgeville/Seaford/Laurel).
Not only am I a "Seniors Real Estate Specialist"®(SRES®), a "Green" recognized agent (Green) and a "Resort and Second Property Specialist" (RSPS), I also hold the "Certified Real Estate Negotiator" (CREN) title, am a "EAgentC" certificate (Keller Williams) holder, have my "At Home With Diversity" (AHWD) certificate and am a part of the "Home From Work" group. I feel I can never learn enough to help you find the right home or to sell your home, the market is always changing and every little thing can come into play.
My education is neverending so I will continue working towards other real estate designations to help you sell or buy your dream home in this great time.
