Backround
I came to the real estate industry from business to business sales throughout the Western U.S. I have a special understanding of the needs of buyers and sellers and have had some of the most challenging transactions in the local market. These challenges have led to a greater understanding of affordable housing, special needs, foreclosures and short sales. I have the patience and expertise to guide a buyer or seller through the short sale process and have achieved advanced certification in the area of buyer representation, auction buyer representation and mature adult needs. I am currently the President-elect of the Aurora Association of Realtors and look forward to assuming the role of President this October.
Expertise
The greater portion of my business is focused in the Southeast quadrant of the Denver Metro area including Parker and Castle Rock. I enjoy working with first time buyers and seniors but have represented high end buyers and sellers as well. I am well versed in the buyer assistance programs available throughout the metropolitan area.
