I am one of the few native "zoni's" living here in Arizona. I love Arizona and I can honestly say that because I have traveled all over the country and not only looked forward to coming home but also gaining an appreciation of Arizona versus other parts of the Knowing the general Phoenix areas is a great benefit to me in Real Estate as I can have educated conversations about the territories and the market supported by years of local knowledge. I have been working in real estate for several years now and have been in construction management for 25 years. This valuable construction experience is important in evaluating potential homes for my clients and guiding them to the best possible closing position. I consider myself a true professional agent and what I mean by that is I treat my clients as I would want to be treated. I promptly return calls and I expedite all phases of the transaction as if it were my own timelines.

My area of expertise involves developing a client releationship that borders a friendship. I believe it is very important to gain the trust of my clients through due diligence and results. A client also has to like the agent as a person and when the transaction is completed the client should be willing to refer that agent to others. I work in all areas of real estate including buyers,sellers and rentals. My goal is to complete a successful transaction for my clients with the word "successful" meaning they want to be a repeat client of mine.
