    Hello from Kansas City!!

    Kansas City is unique in that one road, State Line Road, separates Kansas and Missouri.  So when someone asks "where are you from" around here we just say "Kansas City".  If you break that down into what cities make up "Kansas City" you have on the Missouri side Blue Springs, Lees Summit, Raytown, Platte City, Parkville,and Kansas City (Missouri).  On the Kansas side you have Shawnee Mission, Roeland Park, Mission, Prairie Village, Overland Park, Leawood, Mission Hills, Merriam, Shawnee, Lenexa, Olathe, Fairway, Westwood, Westwood Hills, Desoto, Bonner Springs, and Kansas City (Kansas). Yes, there is a Kansas City in both Kansas and Missouri...and not very far from each other either. 

    Housing is affordable in this area. Over the past six months the new homes average sales price in Johnson County alone has been $336,474 and resale is $229,901. This is a wonderful place to call home. Not only do we have affordable homes (from $50,000 up to $5,000,000) but we have excellent schools, wonderful shopping, and a wide variety of restaurants.
