We are not slum landlords. Our properties are well kept and always full. Our tenants appreciate our responsibility and our quick action in solving property problems. If you buy a property from us, you will not find something that is negelected or unmanaged. We carefully screen our tenants and we are careful about who we rent to. We do not have a high turn-over rate.

Our single family homes that we sell to end buyers are detail oriented and upgraded to their location. We make silk purses out of sow's ears, but we don't expect to sell silk purses to people who usually carry canvas bags. Our properties are comfortable, clean, move-in ready with appropriate upgrades.
