As an account executive for Trust One Mortgage, I've helped mortgage brokers fund 100's of loans in 2008. Trust One is geared towards government loans, FHA & VA, and has been delivering upon our promises for over 19yrs.
As a representative for a California based REIT that specializes in short-term bridge loans on commercial and non-owner occupied residential properties, I can offer Rates from 8.9% - 9.9% and points from 2-3 total. This is specifically for California properties.
Luxury Lending, Corp. Our focus is primarily high net-worth clientele. I can offer Rates as low as Prime minus 1% for 5yr terms. Minimum loan amount of $1.5MM dollars and no max loan amount to 70% LTV without cross-collateralization, 100% or more with cross-collateralization or pledged assets. All 50 states serviced.
We are also actively seeking hotels for financing. Rates/terms are Prime + 1.25% 10yr Balloon, 25yr Amortization. 1pt cost to the fund. Minimum $2MM Loan Amount.
