Unlike many staging services that use the consultation to sell their own products and services, my consultations provide the sellers with ALL the information they need to prepare their homes for the market in the least amount of time and for the least money.
It's no fun to spend money on a home when you're selling it and I make sure you don't spend a nickel more than necessary. I've consulted on 4 and 1/2 million dollar homes and 2 bedroom bungalows. I know this business! Although most stagers focus on decorating I believe staging is really more about making a buyer feel comfortable in a home. After all, it just makes sense that if a buyer is comfortable then they're more likely to buy the home .
