About Me

I have over ten years of Web marketing experience to put to work for you. I combine my expert Internet skills with my passion for real estate to assist buyers and sellers with exceptional service. I utilize extensive Web based tools for buyers and sellers to take advantage of all the Web has to offer to make the buying and selling process more efficient.

I've developed a state-of-the-art Web site, Web Savvy Real Estate, to serve my clients. My Web site includes a VIP Home Finder Program, neighborhood information, user-friendly search, map search, and useful information for buyers and sellers.

I have had an interest in real estate since I was a teenager and my parents were buying and selling. I've lived in the Denver Metro area since I was three. I've lived in Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, Westminster, Denver, Capitol Hill, and Park Hill. I have worked in many additional neighborhoods and have friends in almost all Denver Metro Neighborhoods including Conifer, Evergreen, Boulder, Thornton, Aurora, Lone Tree, Littleton, Lakewood, Golden, Genesee, and Denver. I am a Denver Metro Area neighborhood expert and can assist you in determining the best neighborhoods for you.

I'm an active member with the Denver Board of REALTORS®, Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

My hobbies include running, biking (road and mountain), swimming, weight lifting, skiing, camping, and reading. I recently completed my first ½ marathon and triathlon. I have developed an innovative real estate service for runners that's been featured on 9News and in several print publications.

I'm the Foothills Division Governor for Toastmasters District 26. I enjoy improving my public speaking abilities and leadership skills through Toastmasters.
