Hey Don,

We just want you to know we are VERY APPRECIATIVE of all the work you have done this week in our behalf. We have tried in the past to find out from the county what we could do to receive permits, but obviously did not go about it the proper way. (You went to the County and got it done!) This sale has probably become a little more than you anticipated and I'm sorry if you felt we were not appreciative or going about things too slowly. We are very eager to do whatever needs to be done. I am getting the release of life estate, fulfillment of deed, and title transfer paperwork in order and ready for my grandmother to have notarized tomorrow. They will be ready to go for Monday when Leonel and yourself go to the county (for final real estate Land Use permits).
