This company was founded by Dean Louise Froyd after she spent several years working in the real estate industry both as a REALTOR® and as an assistant. She discovered that the biggest challenge facing many Realtors® is the lack of a cohesive plan for their business. This includes not only branding and marketing but how to support the new business created by these efforts. An ongoing system for addressing the whole business is what creates a stable business that allows for a life outside of business. Many of the REALTORS® she came in contact with had the same situation- several different elements that didn't come together in a cohesive plan. It was like they were going to several different doctors for different things but there was no overall treatment plan.
