I am a real estate investor, and wholesaler. I deal in Pittsburgh PA, Rochester NY, and Metro New York area. I do developments, rehabs, flips, rentals, apartment buildings, businesses. I am always on the lookout to joint venture, collaborate or partner up on lucrative opportunities. To hands of investors I offer turn key operations. In some cases I partner up with individuals who only invest and have no hands on work, and just collect their profits. I also wholesale properties to active investors, I have teams of individuals whos sole purpose is to hunt down good deals, and for a small fee I pass them on to you. I have some great creative financing tools in place, to finance most types of deals sometimes the investor can get into properties with as little as 3,000 down. I trully believe in cooperation I am willing to share the pie for the simple reason that the more that is eaten the more their is to eat.
