I specialize primarily in FHA, VA, $0 down payment loans. We are also doing a lot of business with USDA rural housing loans which offer 100% financing & the ability to finance your closing costs into the loan. Much of my business comes from borrowers looking to get into a home with $0 out of their pocket & we can do it!!
We also have many options for borrowers with fair & poor credit borrowers that have a good rental history & want to buy their own home.
We are able to lend on single family residences, condos, mobile homes, 2-4 unit complexes, & many other types of property.
We can also help borrower's that have 20% or more for a down payment, but can't document their income - We are still able to provide stated income loans.
Another niche that we offer is construction-perm loans with as little as 5% into the transaction!

I wanted to write to you about the mortgage I recently obtained form you. As you remember it was on a house which my sister has purchased, and since she is overseas, all had to be transacted via specific power of attorney, faxes and e-mails.
