Areas of Specialization include first time buyers, power of sale, vacant land, farms, in-town, country, executive and luxury homes. I  cover a large area, some of which includes Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Newcastle,  Scugog) and the lower section of the City of Kawartha Lakes (Victoria County including Pontypool & Bethany, Cavan, Millbrook).

        I  am always available to you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; just a phone call or a click away. Paula, my Office Manager or Tracey, my Licensed Personal Assistant can be reached week days from 9am to 5pm and will be able to assist you with any questions you may have or will be able to put you in touch with me personally.  After hours, your call will be answered by a receptionist who will be able to page me your message and I will return your call as soon as I possibly can.

 

        I focus a large amount of energy and dollars on advertising. Your property will have exposure in the Homes and Land of Durham, a glossy magazine publication with a 1 month shelf-life with a wide distribution throughout the area.  We will produce full-colour, multi page feature sheets that will be left at your property for potential Buyers and Buyer's Agents to take with them after they have viewed your home.  These serve as a visual reminder to help Buyers remember your home and to make it stand out in their minds.  Your property will also be listed on my website;  www.dmandzuk.ca, where we are able to post unlimited photos.
