Before I became a Realtor I was looking for a house. I knew what I wanted and gave a Real Estate Agent all the details: 3-4 bedrooms, at least 2 full baths, 2 1/2 car garage, a maxmimum price, etc. She called me three times with a different "Perfect House!!!". Each of these houses missed my minimum criteria: one house had only a one car garage, another house had only 1 1/2 baths, and the last house had a list price $25,000 over my maximum price. I was discouraged and gave up looking for a while. I finally found a house through another source. With all my experience in customer service and my education I knew there was a better way.
