David M. Rendall, earned his degree of Bachelor of Arts with majors in Political Science and Sociology from University of California, Los        Angeles (UCLA) and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2003.  Mr. Rendall is also a licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate, a member of the California Real Property Law Section, and an Adjunct Real Estate Professor at College of the Canyons.
