About Me

Danielle has nearly half a decade of experience working in real estate. Over the years, she has positioned herself as an expert on Chicago’s Southside communities. Recently, due to the shift in market conditions, Danielle has gained extensive experience closing short sales. You can think of her as your “Short Sale Problem Solver.”

Danielle began her career in real estate in 2006 after realizing that her audit/accounting background was just not suited to her vibrant, people-oriented personality. She had a “moment of clarity” while attending a real estate training session several years ago and thus began her love affair with real estate. She got into the business initially as an Investor and went on to buy, rehab and resell several properties in the Chicagoland area. During that time, she obtained her real estate license which, incidentally, coincided with her layoff from her audit position. This was actually fabulous news to Danielle, because she had already come to the realization that she was not going to get rich working for someone else. She took the layoff as confirmation that she was making the right moves and jumped feet first into the business and has been going strong ever since!

She currently resides in Avalon Park with her husband Marsharn and her stepdaughter Noelani. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
