I primarily work in the real estate business, notarizing loan documents for mortgage, escrow, and title companies. My job entails meeting with the borrower at the time and place agreed upon, verifying the identity of the borrower, identifying what documents need to be signed versus notarized, and notarizing documents, such as the deed of trust with my signature and stamp.
