Areas of Expertise
I am a Realtor with my GRI and Associate Broker's designations who is equally comfortable in a premier property or a starter home. I work with first time home buyers and people looking to relocate to the Olympic Peninsula of Western Washington. I am a consistent annual multi-million dollar sales agent and am ranked in the top 30% of area agents.
I am actively involved in the community through my Rotary Club (Nor'Wester) and run an annual international master sand sculptor competition every July in conjunction with the club's annual summer arts and crafts street fair fundraiser. I also sit on the Port Angeles Planning Commission. I have been referred to by the local media as a community leader; although I consider my civic involvement just a way to pay back for the opportunity of living in what I consider the perfect town.
I was a contractor for several years before my insurance company decided they didn't like my type of work (re-beaming homes and doing crawlspace work). I am told I have a discerning eye for quality construction. This allows me a unique perspective when it comes to looking at a house.
