Marcyne Touchton, ASP/ASPM, is Founder and Principal Stager, of Domaine Staging LLC; Director of Communications/PR for International IAHSP; Secretary for Charlotte IAHPS Regional Chapter (CIRC).

About Us:

Domaine Staging is a quality home staging service provider.  We are an ASP company, the ONLY designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors.  Domaine will assess the marketability of your property, accentuate the sellable features and minimize the non-sellable features.  We know how to merchandise your home so it shows better and sells faster. We do everything from a one room makeover, to a full model home staging, and most recently commercial staging.  We also do consultations, and have a list of preferred realtors who are commited to excellence and help out with costs associated with the staging investment.

Marcyne is an ASP and ASP Master, the highest designation in the industry.  She was personally trained by Barb Schwarz, the Creator and Founder of Staged Homes. She was recently appointed a position as Director, Communications and Public Relations for the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, and finished her Board position as Ambassador, of her local Charlotte, NC IAHSP Regional Chapter (CIRC). She will serve on the local level, CIRC, as Secretary for 2009.

Domaine Staging is committed to excellence and Marcyne has so far, for the past two years, earned over 100 credit hours in continuing education. She wants to stay on top of the ever-changing real estate market and brings her knowledge of trends in both industries (interior as well as real estate) to help better serve her clients. Currently, a non-staged home sits on the market for about 174 days, but an ASP/ASPM staged home sells in 35 days.
