About Us:

Donavon loves the business of real estate! He born and raised in a real estate family. In fact his father has owned his own brokerage forty five miles west of the twin cities for nearly 35 years now. Much of his upbringing was filled with lessons and education on the do's and don't of the industry. He is now proudly the third member of his immediate family to be practicing real estate on a full-time basis. As St. John's University graduate in 2002 Donavon immediately knew that he wanted to pursue a career in helping people. He soon found himself learning the ropes via his father's business and soon thereafter became licensed real estate salesperson and has never looked back since. Donavon brings value to his customer's with his strong construction background sprawling over nearly 13 years. Having been in and out of thousands of new construction and rehabilitation homes through the years he knows what to look for when it comes to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. It is his mission to provide unprecedented service, professionalism and respect to all his clients all of the time. Once you have met Donavon you will quickly realize that his intentions stem far deeper than simply trying to close another transaction. His hope is instead to create a friendship, a relationship and a client for life that knows whenever there is a question or concern regarding anything real estate he is there to give insight and guidance. Much of his business is strictly referral based and he takes every recommendation of friend and family as an outward expression of gratitude and confidence from his past clients.
