In an age of specialists, I am what you'd call a generalist; as a well rounded Mortgage Consultant, I'm prepared to help virtually anyone in need of mortgage advice and service. My past clients run the gamut from self-employed contractors with sporadic income and credit issues, to recent college graduates buying a first home, to established clients purchasing second homes and investment property. Utilizing my HomeLoanFinder software, I am quickly able to scan literally hundreds of different loan programs from around the country to identify the best loan program for your particular needs, whether that's a low or no down payment loan, an alternative documentation loan, or your standard A+ customer low interest rate loan. About the only thing I really don't do is contruction financing, but if you need a referral, I know several good mortgage consultants I'd be happy to refer you to!
