frankly, you're amazing. I had so many slimy realtors try to grease me up while I was selling my house. They all used the same predictable tired spiel "I'd like to look at your house in case I have a client who may be interested." Of course that's the LAST thing on their minds! It was just a lie so they could give me a pitch. YOU on the other hand, never slimed me, never pitched me, and truly brought your clients, then sold them on it! That's quite a story and I've been telling it and will continue to tell it over and over.
