Donna new the price range Bill & I were wanting to spend on a new place. She worked very hard in trying to find us something that would accommodate our price range. When she came across a place that would soon be falling out of escrow at a smoking deal she called us first. We appreciated that so much. She informed us that the place was in really in bad shape, but could be made liveable. We looked at the home and decided yes.  It would take alot of work, but the price was right. She continued her efforts in moving the deal thru quickly. Bill spent many hours working to make our place liveable. It has turned out really nice. We have spent alot of time cleaning up the yard as well. The price was within our boundaries and we are very happy in our new home. To mention further, when we sold previous home, we had it listed with another realtor.
