I consider myself to be a full-time, full-service  agent. I am available during the week, evenings and weekends. I attend various conventions and seminars which keep me up to date with innovative marketing ideas. I am a lifetime resident to the area which I service which gives me a unique familiarity with all the communities.

I joined RE/MAX Atlantic in Absecon because its agents have integrity and are known throughtout the Atlantic County area, from the ocean to the woods. Our thirty agents generated over 500 transactions in 2006 which made 2006 our third best year. I want to be affliated with this type of agency.

Areas of Expertise

I have a back ground in income tax preparation which has given me an insight to the importance of homeownership versus renting. I believe understanding the various types of mortgages available, ie.  First Time Home Buyers and Reverse Mortgages, allow me to help home buyers to determine the price range which fits their lifestyle.
