I found myself in a difficult situation earlier this year. I was living in New York City, but I owned a home in Allentown which I needed to sell fast. Due to extreme circumstances, I was unable to come to Allentown to meet with realtors. I found out about Don's services through a web site. He was the only agent I contacted, and I took a chance by signing a contract to have him sell my house without even meeting him. That was one of the best decisions I made.
