Working with Doug was fantastic.  We were first-time home buyers, and Doug patiently guided us through the home buying process.  He made sure we had a good idea of what we wanted, gave us tools to find likely homes, did a great deal of research for us, and answered dozens of questions.  He was always available, day or night, to answer all our questions, and got right on things and had them done for us quicker than we imagined. When we did find our home, Doug gave us detailed time lines and wonderfully organized checklists of what we needed to do.  He provided lists of various people he could recommend, but always let us choose between several excellent experts.  Doug has even helped us with a couple of matters after we closed on the property.  Doug really went above and beyond what we expected.  Most of all, Doug is a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable professional, with whom It is a true joy to work.  If we are ever looking to buy another house, we will definitely want Doug working for us.

Thank you for selling my condo so fast, especially in this market!   Your suggestions to fix this and that, paint with neutral colors and white ceilings, and have new carpet installed made all the difference.  Thank you for taking such a personal interest.

As I closed up the condo after the carpet men left, I figured it would be several months into the summer before anything really happened.  But to hear you showed it twice and had a full price offer with no inspections after only 2 weeks was unbelievable!  The home warranty you insisted on was the key for no inspections as it turned out.
