As a Broker with Keller Williams Realty, I strive to continuously stay updated and certified in as many areas as possible.  I presently hold the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), , (e-Pro)Electronic Mail Professional, GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) member.

As a former educator with 30 years experience, I specialize in working with parents to give them information concerning the local school systems.  My education includes an B.A. in English, M.A. in English, Ed.S. in Secondary Education, Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Ph.D. in Administration and Supervision.  As a former teacher, department head, principal, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction for 29 schools, I care about our future generations and want to aid parents in selecting homes and areas that best suit the needs of their families.

Having been born and raised in Tennessee, I am very familiar with the most areas in Tennessee.  I have contacts throughout the state and stay abreast of the markets throughout the state.  I specialize in the Williamson County, Davidson County, Maury County, Sumner County, and Wilson County areas.  My favorite cities within these counties are Brentwood, Franklin, Green Hills in Nashville, Spring Hill, Hendersonville, and Mt. Juliet. My purpose is to provide a successful move for both buyers and sellers, and I love working with relocation companies.  Having lived in Brentwood since 1990, I am very familiar with Brentwood and all the surrounding areas. 

Home Building

Are you interested in building a new home in Brentwood or the Middle Tennessee?  Having built seven custom homes, I love to work with clients who want to build their dream home.  From first time builders to veteran builders, I love to work with people who enjoy picking out every little detail that makes their home so special.  One of my clients asked me to help them throughout the building process.  When we went to sign off on the foundation approval, I explained to them that the foundation was incorrect.  I pointed out the discrepancies and we called the builder, who is a very reputable builder.  He came right over and realized that since he was building three homes in the same neighborhood, he had picked up the wrong foundation plan.  We were very glad we caught this at this stage.  The wrong floor plan had 300 sq. feet less than the client's floor plan.  Details are important, and I am a detail person who loves to build.
