We are a small group of highly skilled Professional Real Estate Practitioners that choose to do business in a Virtual Model in primarily Multnomah,Clackamas,Washington,Marion & Yamhill Counties as well as the surrounding Areas. About Our Principal Broker:
Doug Fritchie has lived for 52 years entirely in Clackamas County,Oregon. He has a wife of 35+ years and seven children along with fourteen Grand-children all residing in or close to Clackamas County. He curently resides on a small 15 acre gentleman farm nestled between Canby and Molalla with a spectacular view of the Cascade Mountain Range and Mt. Hood providing homes for horses,cows,goats and a few cats and dogs..
Doug grew up in the Willamette Area of West Linn and graduated from West Linn High School in 1975 and followed his Father into the Home Building Trade and Land Development Business for several years and then turned his interest into the Professional Real Estate Business. Working in several large and small Real Estate offices gave Doug the insight and perspective to strike out and start his own company, thus Silver Legacy Properties,Inc. came into existance in 1996 and has steadily grown as a company.
Doug is passionate about families and beleives Family is the most important thing there is.
Doug is currently working on his CRB Designation ( Council of Real Estate Brokers ) which is the highest designation awarded to Realtors.
