Wendy's wide knowledge base spans financial and lending disciplines to appraisal and valuation models. Using this knowledge, Wendy is able to accurately analyze market and appraisal variables to determine the optimum price for your house. Her in-depth knowledge of lending guidelines, interest rate buy-down strategies and allowable seller credits is extremely valuable during negotiations to create win-win results that safely meet the needs of the buyer at a lower cost to the seller.
