Hi my name is David Pannell and I have been in Real Estate since 2000 but did not make it official until February 2006. I am an associate Broker now with NHS Realty and have been a full time Realtor for five years with NHS Realty. Real estate was a part time idea for me to return to school for a degree in architecture, but quickly became full time career.  I have completed over 67 buyer and seller transactions and feel there is no issue I have not dealt with.  The best part for me is exploring all my creative ideas with marketing myself and homes on the web. I have always loved photography and video production; so with all the different internet tools real estate marketing is right up my alley.  With modern technology I have a huge playground to help you find a home or sell a home in Dallas Fort Worth area.

Ever since I began my career all the trainers and real estate guros have told me I need to pick a niche. So I have after my first few years decided on specializing on downtown market (rentals and buying), all types of residential in North Fort Worth and my favorite Pre-Foreclosures Listings (Short sales) in all surrounding cities of Fort Worth real estate market.

In my downtime, I enjoy workout, play softball with the youth ministries in North Richland Hills, playing golf with friends and work on my website DavidPannellhomes.
