I had different careers, but I found that working in the Real Estate business has been very rewarding and satisifying. In my previous career; I have serviced the senior population. The senior population some time is the forget generation. Many seniors are house RICH, but CASH POOR. Many can not afford their medication, so I would step in and inform them of all the services that are in the community that will help them make a decision to stay in their homes or to sell their homse. Many senior sometimes want to stay home, but due to their health conditons. They have to find long term facilities to care of them. That is when I step in as a Senior Realty Specialists to help them with a smooth transition. I know that helping seniors making a decision to sell their home is very difficult after living there for over 40 years.
Now having a special designation as a SENIOR REALTY SPECIALISTS I can help the senior with this major move in their life. Many Realtors may think that working with a senior who is buying or selling their home is just like any other buyer or seller. I know that working with the senior population requires more effort to seek out what their needs are and then try to accomadate them.
