I am an entrepreneur professional that owned a business for 9 years (1995-2004) and successfully settled the travel arrangements for many families in southern California with emphasis in customer service since majority of my clientele was created on referral basis. We first met Mauricio at an Open House, we wanted to find out how much houses were listing for around our neighborhood, and we definitely weren't looking to buy at that time. However, Mauricio was the first realtor (Ihave made three real estate purchases prior) that we've met who literally chased us out of the house in order to give us his business card and wanted to make sure he get an idea of what we were looking for. That made quite an impression on us. Therefore, when we were ready to begin looking for a new house in the forclousre market, we gave mauricio a call.
