David C. Recker, Originally from Baltimore, Maryland I joined the military and proudly served our country as a U.S. Army Infantry soldier for 22 years culminating with my retirement in 1997. I had the pleasure of serving both overseas and in the United States.

I am married and have three daughters and a son who are all grown.  Cindy and I live 4 miles outside of Rocky Mount, NC and enjoy the peace and tranquility of our community.
