I track my business monthly, quarterly and yearly and 98 % of my business is from past clients, personal referrals or my farm area. These are great suggestions. I track all my business and know which are referrals and what type - agent, past client, current client, family member. Am working on staying in touch more with these sources throughout the year in different ways and providing information of value when I can.
