I track my business monthly, quarterly and yearly and 98 % of my business is from past clients, personal referrals or my farm area. Referrals and repeat business are the lifeblood of any agents real estate business (or should be). Glad to see Carol Williams featured your post in her Second Chance Saturday series.

These are great suggestions. I track all my business and know which are referrals and what type - agent, past client, current client, family member. Am working on staying in touch more with these sources throughout the year in different ways and providing information of value when I can.
