My greatest areas of expertise include:
- Consulting with owners to prepare, market, and sell their property, including single family homes, town houses, patio homes, and condos. Using the Internet to get your house marketed to the maximum number of potential buyers. Explaining the various aspects of contract offers, so that you can make decisions that work for you.
- Working with buyers to get financing, refine their requirements, and finding homes that meet their needs. Negotiating with sellers to come to agreement and then working through all the details of escrow, so you can close on your new home or investment.
- Clients that I've worked with in the past include: first-time home buyers, move up sellers & buyers, investors, second home buyers, retirees, out-of-state sellers, and many buyers have relocated to Phoenix and Scottsdale.
- In addition to my commitment to helping my clients in real estate, I keep my family a priority and also volunteer in my community, especially in the areas of special education and technology. I have a son with special needs, and am especially suited to working with families who may have family members with special needs that need some extra attention relative to the purchase or sale of their home.
