I am a local  mortgage broker and banker.  I can utilize my own firms funds to make loans  plus I have access  to over 30  lenders that I can use  to fund a loan .  This allows us the best of  all worlds ...the best prices are available for the main vanilla types of programs PLUS  we should bwe able to locate and use the  " out of the ordinary  loan programs  to use.

I have a team or professionals that continue to work with me  and we have all been together for  over 5 years ...this allows  our customers to have confidence in our sytems and  know that their loans are being handled  effieciently and professionally.

 Regarding my compenation - I am paid either  via the  loan origination  fee charged or via a lender rebate  that we recive or a combination of these 2 sources ...I  am not compensated any differently  if the loan I provide is a Seattle Mortgage loan or if the loan is brokered outside of my firm. I feel this is important to mention so that the consumer understands that I am on the  look out to make sure that the best rate and propgram is provided to them.
