About Us:
I am a member of the Bluewater GMAC Real Estate sales team. I joined the firm in January after moving to the Cape Carteret area in September. My wife and I spent three years searching from Assateague Island in Virginia to South Port in southern North Carolina before we decided on Bluewater Cove along the White Oak River. It was developed by Bluewater Builders. It seems appropriate that we bought our home using Bluewater GMAC Real Estate.
Actually I was so impressed with the buying experience that I made the decision that I wanted to join Bluewater GMAC Real Estate.
I come to the real estate industry from twenty years experience in sales at Apple Computers. Before going to Apple, I developed and ran a 200 head purebred cattle operation in the Canadian Maritimes. The two greatest sales challenges that I have faced are selling Apple's computers to the United States federal government and convincing another cattleman that because of the genetics you could not see that one black cow is worth $1000 more than another black cow.
I believe in creating a web of communication which touches buyers at many points. I also believe in complete honesty with my clients and full communication. I pride myself in returning every phone call and email in a timely fashion.

I am proficient not only with technology but also in building relationships. Years in Washington, DC; Columbia MD, Canada, and California have given me a wide circle of high level contacts in government, technology, and higher education.
