What I Bring To the Table

I am a firm beleiver that all listings are not created equal...some need more time and effort than others...

I am an Amateur photgrapher and I shoot all my listings with the intentions of making them "POP" off the page. With all the houses competing for the buyers attention, a seller needs an edge. Photography is the first step. It amazes me when I see listings on the MLS of homes that appear to be shot with a camera phone!!!!

I also have very strong roots in computers and internet and take very seriously internet marketing, it's not the future, it's here already!!! The National Association of Realtors say that 85% of all home searches start on the internet. I have taken my business model and tailored it around the internet.

When listing your home, consider these points.
