His responsibilities included locating the properties, research and fact checking on any questions I had about the properties. His duties also included writing a favorable and workable purchase agreement and explaining any and all of my options. He was also very knowledgeable about real estate, and if he didn't know the answers he was always sure to go and check with other sources to find them.
