I founded Dubuc and Associates, LLC to provide agents and loan officers superior service in closing their real estate transactions. When you send me your contract or loan to close, you can be confident that I realize that your paycheck is in my hand. Your business is not just another closing to me. It is an opportunity to earn your trust to handle your most important matter as an attorney and counselor. When you call, I am liable to answer the telephone - after all, it is my firm and you are my clients.
After graduating from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1988, I came to Atlanta to work for a sole practitioner with a litigation practice. Since then, my experience has included civil and criminal trial work, appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, handling title insurance claims defense and closing thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions. This means that when you close, if there is an issue that needs resolution, you can be assured that I will give it a broader perspective than you can find in most residential real estate closing attorneys.
Dubuc and Associates concentrates its practice in Commercial and Residential real estate transactions, builder/developer representation, real estate related litigation including construction law and title claims defense, and representing landlords in landlord/tenant matters. We also organize and provide counsel for small business entities.

I resigned as a partner of a large real estate law firm to practice law in the community where I live and where my children go to school.
