Since founding Due Diligence in 2001, I have performed over 2000 home inspections in Atlanta and North Georgia. These inspections have been based on knowledge acquired in close to 40 years of work in the housing construction industry. Prior to my work at Due Diligence, I spent 10 years inspecting multi-family properties throughout the Southeast, creating the rehabilitation plans for the properties and then being responsible for the implementation of those plans. Clients included NationsBank Community Development Corporation, GE Capital, the Atlanta Development Authority, the Fulton County Housing Authority, etc. This background is brought to bear in every Due Diligence home inspection.
