Areas of Expertise

I live in the Austin area; however, half of my loans have been outside of the Austin area.  I have closed loans in Houston and Dallas too.  I like to travel, and thanks to telecommunications it is easier to do business all over the state.   However, there is no replacement for personal attention.  And I will attend your closing.  I have access to VA loans, FHA loans, land loans, and of course the 30 year conventional home loan.  I have access to many banks with many programs.  Call me, let me compete with other lenders, and give me a chance.
