I am a professional Realtor(R) in the commonwealth of Virginia. I originally started practicing real estate in the state of New York. I brought with me a large amount of sales experiences and management skills with me from the beverage and the food industry in addition to the great training program provided by Coldwell Banker. I am an accredited Buyer's Representative. I am working towards my Broker license.
I have been having great successes representing buyers and sellers. Most of my clients are in Williamsburg, New Kent, York County, Newport News and Hampton. I am a proud member of Williamsburg Association of Realtors(R), (WAAR) and the Real Estate Information Network, (REIN). Being a member of two MLS systems I have the opportunity to access more listings and my buyers. My sellers in the other hand never have to worry about other Realtors(R) not being able to access their listings as well.
Residential realestate estate has been always my passion because I enjoy working with people. I do specialize in first time buyers. I do list a large range of homes from the low end to the high end. I can provide information and guidance and ideas to help people succeed.
