I'm unsure where to begin thanking you and REMAX for your willingness and perseverance to work through a number of obstacles that seemed to plague and potentially doom the selling of "518 Maple Drive".  Obstacles ranging from spiraling housing market to property damage, etc.  Through it all you managed to keep the buyer interest and my hopes up.  You provided and shared your professional insight, wisdom and potential housing market strategies in the process.

My only regret and mistake was not engaging your services from the beginning.  I lost six months with a competitor (to remain nameless), that did basically "zero" for me in marketing my house.

I will be recommending your services to any and all my friends and acquaintenses in the Poconos area, should they be either in the market to buy or sell a home.

bought our new house, and listed our old house, we had such a hard time

with "other" realtors. The realtors we originally chose were dishonest to us,
